1. Stylized Design:
   Our custom figurines follow a stylized, cartoon-like aesthetic. While we aim to capture unique features, they are not 100% realistic representations. For highly specific customization, we recommend providing clear and detailed reference photos.
2. Handcrafted Nature:
   All figures are made using full-color 3D printing. Each piece is individually printed, and due to the process, minor imperfections (e.g., slight layering, seam lines, or support marks) may occur. These are considered normal and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Default Sharing Policy:
We may share finished works on our social media platforms for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer to keep your design private, please inform our team to opt for “Private Customization.”

As each product is custom-made and uniquely designed for you, we cannot resell them. Therefore, the refund policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund:
   If the design process has not yet started, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
2. Partial Refund:
   If design has started but production has not begun, you may cancel your order and receive a 50% refund.
3. No Refund:
   Once the production has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

1. Made-to-Order Timing:
   All of our figurines are made-to-order and require 10–15 working days for production before shipping. This timeline ensures the highest quality and attention to detail for your custom piece.
2. Urgent Requests:
   We do accept expedited orders for an additional fee. However, the actual turnaround time depends on the design complexity and production queue.
